Wedding Reception at the Stage Neck Inn

The wedding recpetion will be held at the Stage Neck Inn in York Harbor, Maine. The venue itself is gorgeous, literally right on the water with both rocky coast and a small sandy beach. In addition to delicious food and ocean-front views, there will be Wii and frisbees and nerf footballs (as requested by Rich's cousin). The only other thing to say is that the resort is every bit as gorgeous in person as it appears in the brochure, and even better than it looks by just browsing the website.

Dress Code

The dress code for the wedding is generally informal. I will be in a white dress, because I caved and didn't have the sense to wear jeans. No one else should have to be uncomfortable. Tuxes are forbidden. It will probably be chilly, so dress in layers if possible. Also, there will be a lawn and frisbees. If you want to play, you should wear appropriate shoes. Flip flops will be provided for those whose heels become uncomfortable. Sorry I can't give you a more specific answer, but I expect there to be a range of attire and I really do not care what people wear. I may even give you $50 if you show up dressed all in white. If you show up in jeans that fit me and a t-shirt, you may get mugged.
